Privacy Policy

ANIML Health operates the VAULT benchmark platform. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this policy refer to ANIML Health. Contact: benchmark@animl.health.

Account information: When you apply for access, we collect your name, email address, organization name, organization type, and a description of your intended use case.

Technical information: IP address, browser user agent, timestamps of API calls and logins. This data is used for security monitoring and audit trail purposes.

Model and benchmark data: Model names, endpoint URLs, authentication credentials (stored encrypted), benchmark run parameters, and aggregate result metrics.

Email communications: If you contact us, we retain those communications to respond to your enquiry.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

• — To protect the rights, property, or safety of ANIML Health, our users, or the public

We employ industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, TLS 1.2+ for data in transit, role-based access controls, and immutable audit logging. Model endpoint credentials are stored encrypted and never returned in full via the API.

Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We recommend participants use strong, unique credentials and promptly revoke any keys that may be compromised.

We retain account and benchmark data for the duration of your active participation and for up to 2 years following account termination, after which data is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

To request deletion of your data, email benchmark@animl.health with subject "Data Deletion Request".

VAULT uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Analytics, if used, are limited to aggregate, privacy-preserving tools.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at benchmark@animl.health to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered participants. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
